Still no justice. 14 months in. 14 Months ago I asked for help from concierge for the first time, that was November 9 2024. They watched me leave crying and trembling from the concierge office I was hiding in, I was hiding from a man outside.
I'm exhausted.
They tell you to "call the police." They tell you to "keep a log." They tell you to "report it to management."
I did all of that. For over a year, I became a full-time documentarian of my own nightmare. I have 17 pages of records and over 1,000 individual communication logs—emails, phone calls, recordings, and formal breaches—documenting an organised crime takeover of my building floor.
And yet, I am still standing here alone.
The Paper Trail of a Siege
My "Master Communication Record" isn't just a list of complaints; it is a dossier of a collapsed social enterprise and a residential siege. It documents:
- The Facilitation: How former management allowed unleased members of the Comancheros OMCG to occupy Apartments.
- The Threats: The moment a "tenant" stood at my door with a chainsaw and a gun. The gun threats. The intimidation.
- The Corruption: The documented links between building staff and the very people terrorising the residents.
- The Gaslighting: Being told by state police that my documented evidence is "delusional" while they refuse to look at the CCTV.
When the System Becomes the Weapon
What happens when you provide 17 pages of proof? In a functional society, there would be an investigation. In this building, the response was a "Starve-Out" maneuver. Instead of removing the illegal occupants, management fled. The new management? They aren’t interested in the 1,000 logs of harassment. They are interested in a fraudulent $1,000 "mystery balance" on my rent ledger and a fast-track eviction.
They aren't trying to fix the safety of the building; they are trying to delete the person holding the receipts.
Why I Am Posting This
I am publishing the existence of this record because transparency is the only shield I have left. When the local police call you "grandiose" for reporting organised crime, you take it to the Federal level. When management tries to "squeeze" you out, you go public.
17 pages. 1,000 logs. A mountain of evidence.
If the system won't do its job, the public record will.
