The current possession order is built on a foundation of fraud and successor liability.

  • The "Daliah" Nexus: Evidence indicates the prior BM (Daliah) had a prior relationship with the criminal occupants. We have recordings of "Jock" admitting to a 12-month cash payment to Daliah to facilitate "blind eye" management of the syndicate.

  • The "Master Key" Breach: Unlocked apartments and unauthorised entries by a woman matching Daliah’s description in early March whilst a fire alarm in the building was sounded by one of the occupants, suggest a coordinated "Takeover" using internal access.

  • Ledger Fraud: A $1,000 fraudulent entry was added to the ledger as a retaliatory act following the Respondent's refusal of a "soft break" lease offer and the assertion of legal rights. The perfect cover for a hard eviction, knowing full well the victim lost her business due to their actions, facing no income overnight, she experienced a complete breakdown of her financial security and had only just been making rent each month since the business was paused to cease due to safety concerns at the building. 

3. CHRONOLOGY OF THE SIEGE (THE RECORDED EVIDENCE)

The Respondent holds forensic evidence that proves this building was an active criminal hub:

  • Blackmail/Extortion: Recorded threats of "Do the deal by 1pm or we destroy you to 20k people."

  • Confession: the organiser of the residential siege confessed, this conversation was recorded

  • Violence, Radio Signal Jammers & Weapons: Evidence of an underworld figure (Moey Alameddine) striking a man with a gun in the lobby—footage VicPol and BM refuse to produce despite a detective's request.

  • Criminal Confessions: Audio recordings of "Break and Entry" confessions and threats involving the Comancheros and Kaz Hamad.

  • Terrorism at Home: Documented threats involving gun violence, chainsaws, and stalking.


4. POLICE MISCONDUCT & COLLUSION (THE "RINSE" AKA ASSET STRIPPING)

The Respondent’s involuntary admission to care occurred exactly when she had successfully stamped and was ready to serve her Magistrates' Case. In the lead up to this abrupt removal from her property, the witness intimidation to stop her testifying included but was not limited to;

  • Body-Cam Blackouts: Evidence of officers turning off cameras to threaten the Respondent against making reports.

  • Evidence Scrapping: Recordings discussing the evidence and the lies they are telling caught on recording.

  • Interference with a Witness: The use of "Welfare Checks" as a tool for witness intimidation is a direct breach of the Victims' Charter. We have proof of fraudulent welfare checks, including some made without any police contact with the victim.

  • Stalking and threats: followed and threatened in the building lobby and any time the victim left the building, she was told she was being watched 24/7, faced name-calling, mocked her happiness ie the had surveillance intel that she was singing in her apartment that day, threatened to hurt her cats and more. Sh stopped leaving her apartment all together in June 2025 until Febuary 2026, she is now taking baby steps to reintergrate with society. But still she is certain of her safety.

5. ECONOMIC ATTRITION & BUSINESS LOSS

  • NSFW Events Australia: This business was "squeezed" and shut down due to the BM’s enablement of the syndicate, without Owners corporation or building management co-operation, the campaign wouldn't have worked.

  • December Launch Kill: A planned new business launch in December 2025 to recover fully from the pause of NSFW EVENTS was sabotaged by the retaliatory actions of Raj, necessitating the Respondent's full-time focus on legal survival.

  • Claim for Damages: The Respondent is seeking a set-off of $100,000+ against any alleged arrears, citing total breach of Quiet Enjoyment and safety.
