But what happens when the system is the weapon?
I call this "Systems Abuse." It is a framework where the very institutions designed to protect citizens are subverted to facilitate industrial racketeering and silence whistleblowers. Over the past year, as a founder and a protected witness in an active IBAC investigation, I have documented the forensic reality of this phenomenon.
1. The "Slick Rinse": Predatory Asset Stripping
In the world of Melbourne’s high-rise commerce, there is a tactic I’ve identified as the "Slick Rinse." It begins with an OMCG-linked syndicate targeting a successful business for takeover. If the founder refuses to hand over their assets, the syndicate doesn't just use violence; they use the system.
They don't just want your business; they want to strip your credibility, your legal standing, and your sanity.
2. Medicalisation as a Weapon
The most chilling component of Systems Abuse is the weaponisation of the Mental Health Act.
In my case, at the exact hour I was set to serve a six-figure civil claim against the syndicate, I was forcibly detained by a CAT team and 10 police officers. This wasn't a medical intervention; it was an "institutional kidnapping."
By forcing an involuntary care narrative, the state can:
- Bypass the Witness Protection Act: You are no longer a "protected witness"; you are a "patient."
- Strip Victim of Crime Rights: Your testimony is pre-emptively labelled as "delusional."
- Obstruct Justice: You are physically removed from the legal process at the moment of service.
3. "Ghost Files" and Digital Hijacking
To make Systems Abuse work, the paper trail must be manipulated. I have gathered evidence of "Ghost Files"—police reports where crimes, including firearms and chainsaw intimidation, are scrubbed from the system.
While this happens offline, digital hijacking happens online. Perpetrators plant "delusional" narratives on social media to ensure that when you finally speak up, the public (and the police) have already been conditioned to ignore you.

4. The Turning Point: Forensic Truth
Despite the siege, the narrative failed. Alfred Health eventually dismantled the state's narrative, diagnosing me with cPTSD and retraumatisation —a direct consequence of the siege and the institutional betrayal, not a pre-existing condition.
I am safe, I am sane, and I have the receipts. My forensic archive—CCTV, audio, and FOI documents—proves that this was a state-facilitated obstruction of justice.
Why This Matters
If a 3x Founder and an IBAC witness can be "disappeared" into the mental health system to protect a criminal syndicate, no one is safe. This is about Sovereign Risk. It is about whether Victoria is a place where you can own a business without being "rinsed" by a syndicate with a badge.
