The Narrative of "Tactical Proximity"
In my latest video, I document the physical layout of the building in St Kilda. It’s not just ahneighbourly relationship between the Comancheros and my Building Manager; it’s a crime scene. Months before the "Slick Rinse" syndicate took over my floor, they moved in next door to the building manager.
This wasn't a coincidence. It was a reconnaissance mission.
The Players:
- Matt: The primary extortionist who orchestrated the business takeover.
- Jock: Matt's fellow member of the Comancheros South Coast Chapter.
- The Building Manager Daliah: The individual who facilitated the "Ghosting" of my safety.
The Turning of the Blind Eye
How does an entire OMCG chapter move into a high-rise and take over an entire floor without the building manager noticing?
- They don't.
- They are either intimidated into silence or incentivised to cooperate.
In St Kilda, the building manager saw the visitors. She saw the "Jocks" and the Moeys." She saw the increased traffic. Yet, when the firearms were shown and the chainsaw intimidation began, the CCTV "disappeared." These are the "Ghost Files" I’ve been reporting.
The Strategy of "Stalking by Floor"
As documented in my video, the proximity of these individuals to the managements home was a calculated move. By securing the unit next to the manager, they ensured that any complaints I made would be intercepted or ignored.
This is Institutional Corruption at the most granular level. While I was being "medicalised" as a delusional witness, the building manager was literally living next door to the men stalking me.
The "Slam Dunk" Proof:
- Fact: Jock and Matt are documented members of the Comancheros OMCG.
- Fact: Jock moved in next to the manager months before the floor takeover.
- Fact: The manager failed to act on reported kinetic crimes, facilitating Matt, Jock and the syndicate’s "Slick Rinse" of my assets.
